The Patrons of the Royal Holland Beker form a special group of people, who are truly indispensable. What unites them, is their special connection to the regatta, which many of them have had for years and years.

As a Patron, you receive several privileges. During both competition days, we have reserved special places at the moving stand so that you can follow the races up-close from start to finish. On the final day you can enjoy a fantastic VIP lunch in our tasteful and cozy track-side surroundings, a great opportunity to meet old (rowing) friends and make new contacts. Finally, your name will be listed in our program book and in the winter, you will be invited to our annual dinner.

The Royal Holland Beker Patrons are an extremely important part of our organization. Without their financial support and commitment, the competition would have never reached the scale it is on now. And for that, we would like to thank them.

Interested in becoming an official Patron of the Royal – Holland Beker? There are several options:

As an individual
€ 400 per year;

As a young professional
<30 year: € 200 per year (max. 3 year);

On behalf of a company
€ 700 (excl. VAT) per year.

You can also choose to make a donation by notarial deed: the annuity. You will become a member of the Holland Cup Contest Club (HBWV) and donate an annual fixed fee for a predetermined number of years (minimum five). The deed itself is free of costs.

Unlike individual donations, this donation (which has been approved by the notary) is fully tax deductible. This means the tax authorities will contribute a large sum to your donation. Depending on the level of your income, this contribution can be as high as 52%. This enables you to double your donation without it costing you anything extra.
